Break costs into checkable items

Prices and billing units change across services. Use the rates shown in the account at the time. We do not treat the cost of one upstream example as a quote for every production.

• Images and video: model, resolution, duration and number of candidates.
• Sound: voiceover, music or other audio services.
• Transcription and alignment: hosted fees or resources for local execution.
• Rendering and storage: execution environment, file hosting and delivery.
• Retries: which problems may be retried, and how many attempts are allowed.

Put a budget boundary in the brief

Specify the account, shots, number of candidates and what should happen if the budget is exceeded. If a new paid step appears, update the budget before proceeding.

First break down the cost of generation, voiceover, transcription, rendering and reserved retries.
Identify known rates and estimates.
Do not add services, candidates or production scope without my approval.

Use four delivery checks

Inspect important boundaries frame by frame, then watch the entire exported file. Listen to any audio as well. A cover image alone cannot establish the quality of a finished video.

• Content: product names, facts and copy are accurate.
• Picture: characters, hands, text and product shapes have no obvious deformation.
• Sound: speech is clear, pronunciation is correct and levels do not jump unexpectedly.
• File: the aspect ratio and duration are correct, and the export plays properly.

Keep the editable project

Save source files, the Run, necessary assets and execution records so future changes have a reliable starting point. Remove credentials and private information before handing a project over; keys are not ordinary project assets.

Assets, model services and tool licenses have their own conditions. Consult the current upstream license before offering hosted Hypit functionality or commercially redistributing it. This site provides editorial guides, not model hosting or video generation.

Record real numbers

Record actual calls, accepted and rejected assets, manual adjustments and final costs. When bills or logs are missing, write “not recorded” rather than deriving a precise-looking cost from the clip’s length.

Our initial videos come from ImagineClip’s existing showcase library. The pages contain observations and suggested workflows, not corresponding Hypit execution records. We therefore do not publish invented runtime costs, production times or success rates.
